New oral cancer drug targets rare salivary gland tumors

Summary
This study is testing a new oral medication called REM-422 for people with advanced adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC), a rare type of cancer often found in salivary glands. The trial aims to find the safest and most effective dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. About 100 adults with recurrent, metastatic, or inoperable ACC will take the medication until their cancer progresses or they experience side effects.
