Summary
This study tested whether a new group therapy program that includes religious elements works better than standard therapy for reducing anxiety in young adults. It involved 33 participants with generalized anxiety disorder who attended 10 weekly sessions. Researchers compared the new religiously integrated therapy to traditional therapy and a control group to see which was most effective at lowering anxiety and improving well-being.
