This study looked at whether stretching and relaxation exercises can help reduce pain and improve quality of life in women with painful periods (primary dysmenorrhea). Twenty sedentary women aged 18-25 with moderate to severe menstrual pain took part. Researchers measured pain levels, menstrual symptoms, and quality of life before and after the exercise program.
