Summary

This study looked at whether stretching and relaxation exercises can help reduce pain and improve quality of life in women with painful periods (primary dysmenorrhea). Twenty sedentary women aged 18-25 with moderate to severe menstrual pain took part. They performed the exercises and reported their pain levels and well-being using standard questionnaires. The goal was to see if these simple, drug-free techniques could offer relief.
