Summary

This study looked at whether progressive relaxation exercises (a simple, safe technique) could improve sleep quality, anxiety, and stress in 30 women with high-risk pregnancies. Participants were in their last trimester and hospitalized. The goal was to see if this easy-to-learn method could help manage common pregnancy discomforts without medication.
