Summary
This study looked at whether digital services like smartphone apps can help people with psychosomatic disorders continue their treatment when in-person therapy is limited due to COVID-19 rules. About 2000 patients from rehabilitation clinics were surveyed about their interest in and experience with digital interventions. The goal was to understand how to design better therapy programs that work even during crises.
