Summary

This study tests whether progressive muscle relaxation exercises can ease depression and fatigue in people receiving hemodialysis. Sixty patients will practice these simple, guided exercises to see if they improve mood and energy. The goal is to offer a safe, drug-free way to support mental well-being during dialysis treatment.
