Summary

This study tests whether progressive muscle relaxation exercises can reduce depression and fatigue in people receiving hemodialysis. Sixty participants will learn a simple, drug-free technique of tensing and relaxing muscle groups. The goal is to see if this practice improves emotional well-being and energy levels during dialysis treatment.
