First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looked at whether adding a muscle relaxation technique to aerobic exercise helps people with early-stage high blood pressure more than exercise alone. Forty adults aged 18-45 with stage 1 hypertension took part. The researchers measured blood pressure, heart rate, breathing rate, and quality of life to see if the combination offered extra benefits.
