Summary

This study tests a drug called relacorilant combined with other treatments for people with ovarian, fallopian tube, peritoneal, or endometrial cancers. About 270 participants will receive the drug combination to see if it slows cancer growth. The goal is to find better options for those whose cancer has stopped responding to standard therapies.
