Can rehab get chronic back pain patients moving again?

NCT ID NCT05404854

Summary

This study looked at how a standard rehabilitation program affects the physical activity levels and underlying motivations of people with long-term low back pain. Researchers followed 89 patients to see if the program helped them become more active and sit less after returning home. The goal was to understand what helps or hinders patients from staying active to manage their chronic pain.
