Summary
This study looks at whether a coordinated rehab program in a high-dependency unit (a step-down from the ICU) can improve physical, mental, and thinking skills in 250 adults with post-intensive care syndrome. Participants will receive medical, nursing, and rehab care together. The goal is to see if this team approach leads to better recovery after a serious illness.
