New study tests rehab for long COVID sufferers with chronic illness

Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week program of supervised physical and mental exercises can improve daily function, thinking, and quality of life in adults with Long COVID who also have high blood pressure or diabetes. About 374 participants will be randomly assigned to either the rehab program or to receive weekly health tips. Researchers will measure changes in walking, grip strength, memory, and mood over six months.
