Summary

This study tests whether a supervised 8-week exercise program can help people with severe heart failure who are waiting for a heart transplant and receiving IV heart medications. The goal is to see if exercise improves their physical strength and ability to be active. About 22 adults will take part, doing aerobic and resistance exercises while in the hospital.
