Exercise program aims to keep heart transplant patients stronger while they wait

Summary

This study tests whether a supervised 8-week exercise program can help people with advanced heart failure who are waiting for a heart transplant and receiving IV heart medications. The goal is to see if exercise can improve their physical strength and ability to be active. About 22 hospitalized adults will take part.
