First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tested a combination of three drugs—regorafenib, nivolumab, and chemotherapy—in 30 people with advanced or recurrent stomach, gastroesophageal junction, or esophageal cancer that could not be removed by surgery. The goal was to see if the combination was safe and could shrink tumors. Participants received the drugs in cycles, and researchers monitored side effects and how long the cancer was controlled.
