First seen Mar 21, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tested whether the drug regorafenib can help keep advanced soft tissue sarcoma from growing after initial chemotherapy. 127 adults whose cancer was stable or shrinking after six cycles of chemo were randomly assigned to receive either regorafenib or a placebo. The main goal was to see how long the cancer stayed under control.
