Summary
This study tested whether the drug regorafenib can help keep metastatic soft tissue sarcoma from growing after initial chemotherapy. 127 adults whose cancer was stable or had shrunk after six cycles of chemo were randomly assigned to take regorafenib or a placebo. The goal was to see if the drug could delay cancer progression longer than placebo.
