Summary

This study tests a drug called regorafenib in 30 teens (ages 9-21) with Ewing sarcoma or osteosarcoma that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. The goal is to see if the drug can improve how long they live without the cancer growing, while also checking for side effects. The approach combines advanced molecular diagnostics to tailor treatment for each patient.
