Summary
This study tests whether the drug regorafenib can help control gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) that have specific gene changes (KIT exon 17, 18, or 14, or SDHB deficiency) after imatinib stops working. It includes adults with measurable, unresectable tumors. The main goal is to check safety and side effects.
