First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tested the oral drug regorafenib in 38 people with advanced adenoid cystic carcinoma, a rare cancer that often starts in salivary glands. The goal was to see if the drug could slow or stop tumor growth. Participants started at a lower dose to reduce side effects, with the option to increase later. The trial measured how many patients had their tumors shrink or stay stable.
