This study tested an experimental drug called REGN4461 in people with a rare condition called familial partial lipodystrophy, which causes abnormal fat distribution and serious metabolic issues like high triglycerides and blood sugar. The trial aimed to see if the drug could improve these metabolic problems. It was terminated early, and only 20 participants were enrolled.
