Summary
This study tests whether combining two drugs (regorafenib and irinotecan) works better than regorafenib alone for people with metastatic colorectal cancer who have already tried all standard treatments. About 377 adults with a specific gene type will take part. The goal is to see if the combination helps them live longer.
