Inclusion Criteria: * Aged 18 to 100 years * ASA physical status I-IV * Underwent femoral neck fracture surgery * Received tranexamic acid Exclusion Criteria: * Allergy to local anesthetics * Bleeding diathesis or coagulation disorder * Mental disorder * Allergy to the drugs used * History of cerebrovascular disease * Body mass index greater than 30 kg/m2
