Summary

This study tests whether adding special scaffolds during a partial root canal (pulpotomy) can lower pain and improve healing in back teeth with severe, irreversible pulpitis. Thirty-six adults aged 15-40 with a painful lower molar will receive one of three scaffold materials. The main goal is to measure pain levels and overall success over time.
