Can dentin-based materials regenerate damaged teeth in kids?

Summary
This study tests whether two new materials made from dentin can help immature permanent teeth with dead nerves heal better than a standard material. About 36 children aged 9 to 15 will receive one of three treatments during two dental visits. Researchers will check tooth root growth and healing over 12 months using exams and 3D X-rays.
