Summary
This study tests a group stress management course called Self-Help Plus (SH+) for refugee mothers living in Uganda. About 725 mothers with young children (ages 3-4) will either take the course or receive usual support. Researchers want to see if the program reduces mothers' distress and improves their children's wellbeing one year later.
