Summary
This study tested whether ReFocus tablets, containing herbs Scutellaria baicalensis and Crataegus, can improve stress, memory, attention, sleep, and wellbeing. Thirty-six healthy adults who felt stressed took the supplement or a placebo for 14 days in a crossover design. Researchers measured changes in cognitive performance and mood using computer tests and questionnaires.
