NCT ID NCT07178717
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving a second round of two drugs (encorafenib and cetuximab) can help control advanced colorectal cancer with a specific BRAF mutation. About 25 adults who have already tried other treatments will receive the drugs until their cancer worsens or side effects become too severe. The main goal is to see how many patients are still cancer-free at 4 months.
