Second chance: drug combo retested for tough colorectal cancer

NCT ID NCT07178717

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving a combination of two drugs (encorafenib and cetuximab) again can help people with a specific genetic type of advanced colorectal cancer (BRAF V600E mutation) who have already tried similar treatments. About 25 adults will receive the drugs in cycles until their cancer worsens or side effects become too severe. The main goal is to see how many patients are still cancer-free after 4 months.
