Summary
This study aims to develop and test a support package called SUPPORTS to help therapists who treat children with trauma. It focuses on reducing therapist burnout and turnover, which can disrupt care for vulnerable children. The goal is to help therapists stay in their jobs longer so children can receive consistent, effective treatment.
