Summary
This study aims to develop and test a support package to reduce burnout and turnover among therapists who treat children exposed to trauma. It involves 50 therapists and the children they serve, focusing on strategies to help therapists stay in their jobs and continue providing effective care. The goal is to improve the long-term availability of quality mental health services for traumatized children.
