Summary
This study tests a digital health program called weSIPsmarter to see if it helps reduce sugary drink consumption in preschool children and their parents. About 744 families from 12 rural Head Start programs will take part, with some programs using the program and others acting as a comparison group. The goal is to promote healthier drink choices and prevent future health problems.
