Summary

This study tests if replacing sugary sodas with unsweetened flavored sparkling water can reduce added sugar intake and improve health in Black and Latine teens with obesity who love sweet drinks. Over 8 weeks, participants will drink study beverages, complete taste tests, and provide diet and health data. The goal is to see if this simple swap changes taste preferences and leads to better diet and heart health.
