NCT ID NCT06030440

First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving less radiation after surgery for head and neck cancer can reduce long-term side effects, like trouble swallowing, without increasing the chance of cancer coming back. About 508 adults with certain types of head and neck cancer will be randomly assigned to standard or reduced radiation. The goal is to improve quality of life while keeping the cancer under control.
