Summary
This study aims to reduce racial bias among pharmacy interns who may prescribe HIV prevention medication (PrEP). Researchers will adapt a bias-reduction program and test if it is acceptable and feasible for pharmacy interns. The goal is to improve care for people of color at risk of HIV. The study involves 70 participants and focuses on gathering feedback and measuring changes in bias.
