Summary
This study tested a web-based program called RELOAD-C designed to reduce loneliness in people caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's or related dementias. The program uses videos and online group discussions based on Meaning-Centered Psychotherapy to help caregivers find more meaning and purpose. 96 care partners participated, and the study measured changes in loneliness and depression over three months.
