New program aims to protect moms' hearts by tackling stress and health needs

Summary
This study tests a program called Mom♥Health that helps mothers of young children reduce their risk of heart disease. About 40 women who have a child aged 5 or younger will receive support to manage stress and connect with health services. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful for busy moms.
