Summary
This study looks at whether a brief period of avoiding non-academic smartphone use can help nursing students reduce distractions and improve their time management. About 80 undergraduate nursing students, aged 18 to 25, will take part. Researchers will measure changes in time management skills before and after the digital break to see if it helps them focus better on their studies.
