Summary
This study tests a free, culturally tailored program called Eat, Move, Live (EML) to help reduce the risk of cancer and chronic diseases like diabetes in underserved communities. About 347 adults will attend 12 weeks of nutrition and physical activity sessions. The program teaches healthy eating, reading food labels, cooking on a budget, and staying active. Researchers will measure changes in weight, blood pressure, body fat, and health behaviors to see if the program works.
