Could less be more? new trial aims to tame testicular cancer with milder treatment

Summary
This study is testing a less intense combination of chemotherapy and radiation for people with stage IIA or IIB seminoma, a type of testicular cancer. The goal is to see if a milder treatment can still control the cancer while causing fewer side effects. About 135 participants will receive this reduced-intensity approach and be followed for at least 3 years.
