New gentler chemo tested for Tough-to-Treat leukemia

Summary
This study is testing a new, potentially less toxic combination of chemotherapy drugs given to patients before a stem cell transplant. It aims to see if this gentler approach can still effectively treat an aggressive form of chronic myeloid leukemia while causing fewer severe side effects. The study will enroll 40 adults with this advanced cancer to measure survival rates and safety.
