Summary
This study tests whether a lower dose of certain drugs can prevent graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in adults receiving a stem cell transplant from a half-matched donor. GVHD is a serious condition where donor cells attack the patient's body. The trial uses a combination of three medications to reduce this risk. 27 adults with blood cancers are participating.
