Summary
This study tests a new drug called pumitamig, alone or with other medicines, in 75 adults whose glioblastoma (a severe brain cancer) has come back after standard treatment. The goal is to see if these combinations can shrink tumors and are safe. Participants must have had prior radiation and chemotherapy.
