Summary
This study tested a new website designed to help people with physical disabilities find accessible exercise and recreation programs in their community. Seven adults aged 18 to 64 with mobility-limiting disabilities used the site and provided feedback through surveys and interviews. The goal was to see if the website could help overcome common barriers to being physically active.
