Summary
This study aims to learn how rectal cancer responds to standard chemotherapy and radiation treatment. Researchers will collect blood, tissue, and scan data from 30 patients to see if these measurements can predict whether their cancer improves, worsens, or stays the same after treatment. The goal is to better understand treatment effectiveness, not to test a new therapy.
