1,000 volunteers needed to test community mental health programs

Summary
This study looks at whether community-based mental health services can improve depression, anxiety, and PTSD. About 1,000 adults with mild to moderate psychological distress will receive these services and be tracked over time. The goal is to see if this approach works in real-world settings, not to test a new drug or treatment.
