Summary

This Canadian study tested different treatments for people with Long COVID—symptoms that last months after a COVID-19 infection. About 460 adults took part, trying one of two treatments or a placebo for 2 months, then were followed for 4 more months. The goal was to see if these treatments could improve physical health and reduce bothersome symptoms.
