Summary

This study tested whether rebamipide, a stomach-protecting drug, can help control rheumatoid arthritis when added to standard methotrexate therapy. Sixty adults with active arthritis took part. The goal was to see if the combination reduces joint pain and swelling better than methotrexate alone.
