NCT ID NCT07166315

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study follows 700 adults with axial spondyloarthritis or psoriatic arthritis who have just started a new medication (bimekizumab, upadacitinib, risankizumab, guselkumab, or a TNF inhibitor) at UK hospitals. Researchers will review medical records and ask patients to complete surveys about their symptoms and treatment experience. The goal is to see how well these drugs control disease activity from both the doctor's and patient's perspective in real-world settings.
